Interim Operations Manager Home Funding Ltd

A short term assignment, working with a subsidiary of Basinghall Finance, to develop a detailed project plan to support the development and launch of a new lending business.

Key achievements –

  • Agreement of project scope
  • Development and documentation of project plan
  • Creation of activity & resource scheduling, performance reporting and control protocols
  • Establishment of review and reporting methodology

Assignment was part-time, according to business need and project progress, over a 3 month period.
