Interim Manager – Transport for London
A 6-month assignment supporting the Head of People Management Advice in the delivery of a programme of stabilisation and change within the HR shared services operation.
My role was to act in parallel with the department head to devise and develop initiatives prior to joint implementation. In this way the department continued to operate as normal whilst changes were implemented in a phased and controlled manner.
Additionally, I acted in an advisory and support capacity to the department head by coaching and mentoring their personal development. They had only recently been appointed to this, their first Senior Management role, having responsibility for the leadership of other managers.
